Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline

- Potentially working with corporations both online and offline

- Administering psychometric assessments (intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests), scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same

- Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars

- Developing and engaging with specialized clinical protocols

- Content research and development for proprietary products

- Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities)

- Leadership, training, and supervision of new members of the team

Skills & Qualifications:

- MPhil (with 0-10 yrs of work experience) in Clinical Psychology/Master's in Clinical Psychology (with 5+ yrs of work experience)

Desired attributes:

- Well-versed in evidence-based psychological therapies and psychometric assessments

- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills

- Keen interest in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

- Openness to learn and an enthusiasm to stay updated with current industry trends

- Methodical work approach and a willingness to take ownership of projects

- Ability to work independently and in teams

- Self-starter with a dynamic personality
