Anaesthesia Consultant - MBBS/MD/DNB/DA (0-3 yrs)

Qualification - MD in anaesthesia + experience (1-3 years ) in cardiac anaesthesia or fellowship in cardiac anaesthesia
- Experience - 0-3 years after fellowship in cardiac anaesthesia
- Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia (general, spinal and regional/nerve blocks) across elective and emergency operative lists.
- Perform pre-operative assessment, risk stratification, and anesthesia planning for adult surgical patients.
- Provide airway management including advanced techniques and escalate/rescue when required.
- Administer ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and manage perioperative multimodal analgesia.
- Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics, ventilator settings and titrate anesthetic agents; coordinate post-op transfer and handover to PACU/ICU teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow institutional protocols, and participate in morbidity mortality reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

- Current registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or respective State Medical Council in India.
- Proven clinical experience performing general, spinal and regional blocks in a high-volume operating theatre; independent practice preferred (minimum 3 years recommended).
