Anaesthesiologist - Hospital - MBBS/MD/DNB (5-10 yrs)
Position: Anaesthesiologist
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Anaesthesiologist to deliver comprehensive anaesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures, including laparoscopic surgeries, emergency interventions, and critical care cases. The role involves ensuring patient safety, effective pain management, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer general, regional, and local anaesthesia for various surgeries
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and perioperative patient monitoring
- Provide anaesthesia services for emergencies and critical care cases
- Manage post-operative pain relief and recovery care
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards and protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, paediatricians, and nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement activities and clinical audits
Qualifications:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology
- Valid MCI/NMC registration and medical license
- Minimum 2- 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Expertise in regional blocks, airway management, and laparoscopic anaesthesia
- Experience in emergency anaesthesia preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes situations
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Assamese preferred
