Ankura Hospital - Gynecology Registrar - MBBS/MS/DNB (0-3 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for medical management and patient care.
- Daily Clinical rounds along with senior consultants of the patients admitted in obstetrics & gynecology Department.
- Patients health status counseling to relatives.
- Verify the treatment plans of all patients and advice evidence based correction, as and when required post discussion with admitting physician consultant.
- Perform and document history & physical examination.
- Develop and documents initial plan of care.
- Document daily progress notes.
- Obtain and document informed consent.
- Order appropriate investigations and interpret results.
- Order and administer appropriate medication and other investigations as required.
- Audit and approve discharge summary given by DMO and get approval of consultant in the prescribed timeline to avoid delay in discharge delay.
- Update consultant (inhouse/VC) on call every morning on status of patient before shift change.
- Actively participate in training of nursing staff in the department.
- Immediate response to code (e.g.: Code blue) announcements in the hospital.
Qualifications :
Qualification : MBBS + MS/DNB
Experience : 0 to 3 years experience
Work Location: Hyderabad
Must be flexible to work in Rotational Shifts
