Antara Assisted Care Services - General Practitioner - Critical Care - MBBS (5-10 yrs)
Job Description for GP (Critical Care):
- Assess symptoms :
1. Visit Patients (or teleconsult) as per the requirement and in case of any emergency
- Diagnose conditions :
1. Conduct Physical examination and advise on further investigations for diagnosis of their Medical condition/ Illness as and when required
- Prescribe and administer treatment :
1. Advise on medical investigations and medication to the patients
2. Perform the small bedside procedure, as and when required
- Provide follow-up care of patients, refer them to other providers, and interpret their laboratory results:
1. Refer patients to hospital admission/ specialist consultation if required for the betterment of the patient
2. Remote Monitoring of the patients enrolled in Home Critical Care
- Collaborate with physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and other health professionals :
1. Connect with Treating doctor or Intensivist for preparation, discussion and review on the treatment plan
- Prescribe medication :
1. Advise patients on diet, nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle habits to prevent or recover from illness.
2. Weekly progress report to the patient or doctor
Other Areas :
- Complete ownership of the Medical record keeping for Home Critical Care patients.
- Keep detailed, upto date records of all patients and upload case documents within 24 hours TAT
- Perform Family Counselling and expectation setting of the Family
- Must Have Karnataka registration or ready to transfer their registration to Karnataka state.
- Candidate must have MBBS degree and should be comfortable with Bannerghatta, Bangalore location.
