Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and compassionate Homecare Nurses who are ready to deliver direct patient care at home. This is not a hospital-based role- you will be responsible for providing individualized clinical care at patients- residences, ensuring comfort, recovery, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside nursing care at patient homes.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, wound care, and monitor vitals.
- Follow doctors- treatment plans and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Educate and support patients and families for better recovery.
Requirements:
- 1- 5 years of nursing experience.
- Completed GNM/B.Sc. Nursing (mandatory).
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration is compulsory.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners only.
