This is a full-time on-site role for an Scientific Manager/Senior Scientific Manager - Peptide Synthesis at Aragen Life Sciences in Hyderabad. The Associate Scientist passionate about advancing drug development through cutting-edge peptide chemistry Aragen Life Sciences is looking for an exceptional in Peptide Chemistry to lead our innovative research in solid-phase peptide synthesis and drug design.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Research & Development: Drive solid-phase peptide chemistry projects from concept to completion, ensuring cutting-edge solutions.
- Drug Design: Contribute to drug discovery pipelines, optimizing peptides for therapeutic applications.
- Process Development: Develop and scale peptide synthesis processes for seamless production.
- Analytical Excellence: Utilize advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS) for peptide characterization and validation.
- Collaborative Leadership: Guide and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Expertise in Peptide Chemistry: Solid understanding of solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and process R&D.
- PhD in Relevant Field: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peptide Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure efficient project delivery
- Provide scientific leadership to the team
- Manage project cost and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Build client relationship by delivering a superior client experience
- Ensure safety at work through enforcement of good laboratory practices
