For a leading Ayurved based Startup

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive health improvement programs based on Ayurvedic principles, addressing specific needs of chronic illnesses and men's/women's wellness.

- Oversee program operations, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.

- Track and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on program outcomes.

- Manage a team of doctors, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and chronic diseas 
management.

- Participate in marketing and promotion of the health improvement programs.

- Collation of the PMS data and work with R&D to get the data published and work with R&D in creating technical content for the products for doctors

Qualifications:

- BAMS degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college

- MBA degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 business school (preferred specialization in Healthcare Management or similar)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in practicing Ayurveda, with a proven track record of successfully treating chronic illnesses.

- Experience in designing and implementing health and wellness programs.

- Strong understanding of business metrics (KPIs) and ability to translate them into actionable insights for program improvement.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals.

- Passion for Ayurveda and a commitment to holistic wellness.
