Qualification - M.sc in food & Nutrition
Job Role:
- Managing clients through counselling and diet plan preparations
- Monitoring sales opportunities of team members, discussing the same with TL and motivating/ guiding team members to achieve conversions
- Conduct RCA, define action steps, align with TL and pass on to team members for all client escalations of team members
- Validating and approving diet plans sent to clients by team members
- Ensuring that client parameters are recorded in the system by dietitian and doing RCA on any misses.
- Continuously train team members on identified gaps
- Ensuring SOP adherence by team members through periodic check ins
- Identify training needs of individual team members and organize training through the training team.
