Position Title:Production Assistant Manager

Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm degree. (Minimum 5 years of experience in a formulation plant, specifically in the Tablet section.)

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Atgoan

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage all instruments and machinery involved in tablet manufacturing, including RMG, FBD, Compression, and Coating equipment.

- Conduct and monitor process validation batches, perform sampling, and assist in optimizing validation processes.

- Understand and analyze the effects of various excipients used in manufacturing and their impact on the final product.

- Analyze and address production downtime caused by man, material, or machine issues to ensure on-time delivery schedules.

- Maintain and oversee all documentation related to tablet manufacturing, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and regulatory standards.

Required Skill Set:

- FDA approval in tablet manufacturing is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of tablet manufacturing processes and machinery.

- Proficient in instrumentation and process validation techniques.

- Sound understanding of excipient functionalities in formulation processes.

- Effective problem-solving skills to minimize production delays.

- Experience in managing audit preparation and ensuring timely documentation.
