Qualification : Graduate: B. Pharmacy/ BDS/MBBS.

Experience :

- 6+ years of professional work experience in consulting / CROs/ pharmaceutical companies as below :

- Conduct/review exhaustive patent, literature and competitive intelligence-based searches and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of current scientific literature in various phases of research

- Prepare literature for new products, and revises existing literature

- Plan and deliver cross-functional communication to ensure critical information is transmitted to relevant parties in a timely manner

- Write and edit manuscripts on clinical studies and/or scientific reports including special summaries from raw data for submission to regulatory agencies or in-company use, monographs, comprehensive reviews, scientific exhibits, and other projects requiring skill in medical communication

- Draft articles, reports, presentations, and other deliverables on the healthcare industry, within pre-specified timelines. Involves drafting write-ups of systematic reviews and development of meta-analyses for publications

- Support by working with key opinion leaders - Conduct first-person interviews/interactions with hospital leaders and industry

- Compose medical papers/guidance documents/CME reports from outlines provided by doctors for presentations

- Ensure delivery of cohesive documents that meet rigorous scientific quality standards and compliance with ICH, regulatory standards and client requirements

- Work closely with Directors, other managers and team members to schedule meetings to kick off new projects and update changes to the team on projects.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in understanding and knowledge of various therapeutic areas

- Ability to understand and work with the whole spectrum of medical communications and regulatory documents,as well as an array of therapeutic areas

- Ability to work with KOLs and key decision-makers

- Ability to provide support for medico-marketing content, poster and paper development, medical training content, product storyboard monographs and CME deck
