Associate Scientist - Mammalian Cell Culture - Pharma (3-6 yrs)
- A Candidate should have 3-6 Year of Wet Lab experience in Mammalian Cell Culture.
- Handling and maintaining CHO cell lines, transfection techniques, generation of stable cell lines.
- Handling Molecular Biology techniques including: Cloning and Sub-Cloning, Acrylamide and Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, DNA/RNA extraction, and basic Nucleic-Acid Enzymology (restriction digests, PCR, in vitro transcription).
- Maintaining and recording accurate laboratory records and data.
