Manage ClearDekho.com Optical Retail Store as per the store operating guidelines
- Conduct comprehensive eye test (both subjective & objective) for each patient coming in store
- Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per requirement
- Convert 100% customers and aim to cross-sell & up-sell
- Responsible for the overall look n feel up the store.
- Proper record keeping of all sales through sales register, cash management and expenses management troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from the stores.
- Achieve all sales targets as given by management
- Increase revenue and sales
- Perform other duties as guided by the reporting manager
