Job Description

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Location: Lonavala

Qualification: MD Pathology

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience of working in diagnostic lab.

- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to identify problems and propose feasible solutions.

- Should have an understanding of Quality Assurance and Control related issues.

- Should have an understanding of microbiology, Cellulology, blood components.

Job Description

- Handling technical queries.

- Should be aware of WHO/CGMPA Audits/ US FD guidelines

- Handling cord blood sample files and analyzing Quality Control results.

- Develop/ propose new methods and actively participate in pre-validation and validation activities for developing new concepts.

- Handling and participating in Audits.

- To oversee evaluation and management of clinical practices within the facility.

- To serve as the clinical leader of the medical facility

- To develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices.

- To oversee all training and continuing education for his staff.

- To assure that facility is in compliance with all national, state and local laws.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
