WHAT YOU DO:

- Organize & conduct Medical Surveillance (pre-placement, regular on the job, return-to-work, exit examinations), based on BCS requirements and local legislation.

- Provide First aid treatment of all occupational illnesses / accidents. Report to Safety.

- Acute Medical Care & advice for occupational & onsite personal emergencies.

- Occupational health trainings.

- Preparation and provision of Health promotions / Health alerts/ bulletin/ First Aid trainings.

- Liaison with local Hospitals and Specialists for secondary and tertiary medical care (e.g. with physicians, hospitals.)

- Conduct Plant & Workplace visits for identification of Hazards, risk evaluation, and identify appropriate measures.

- Provide medical services during emergencies & during leave of occupational physician.

- Medical record keeping, comply all statutory and institutional guidelines

- Organize, manage and maintaining occupational health activities according to company policies & Local legislations.

- Ensure good standard of medical care.

- Medical Examinations & trainings for Contract workforce, food handlers.

- Support for surveillance of Industrial Hygiene and safety aspect.

- Support during emergency situations.

WHO YOU ARE:

- MBBS with AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) and PGCIH ( Post Graduate Certificate in Industrial Health)

- Minimum 3 yrs. to 8 yrs. of relevant experience, preferably in a plant/ factory/ manufacturing unit setup.

- Fluent in Hindi and Basic Gujarati (preferred)

- Local candidates preferred

NOTE: Candidate should be open to working in night shifts and relocate to Vapi
