Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess Bhanzu's curriculum/teaching methodology from a child's developmental perspective.
- Contribute to curriculum development by analysing children's learning and behavioural patterns.
- Help create new product offerings for Bhanzu to further enhance children's learning experience.
- Create content that may improve the attention and consequently performance of the children.
- Conduct Group sessions as well as one-on-one sessions with the students and parents, if needed.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Psychology with a specialisation in Child / Educational Psychology
- 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Experience working with academic institutions / Ed-tech preferred.
- Prior experience in content creation for children.
