Location - Navi Mumbai.
Job Description :
- Design, development and validation of cell based assays as per international guidelines.
- Design, development and validation of non-cell based assays like ELISA (HCP, SCP etc) and qRT-PCRs (hcDNA in-house kit development) as per international guidelines.
- Bioequivalence and statistical analysis for biosimilarity testing as per international guidelines.
- Method development and technology transfer as per system SOP to manufacturing facility.
- Review of immunogenicity protocols, method development, method transfer and execution of immunogenicity studies on behalf of the sponsor as part of a team.
- Should be well versed with all essential cell culture & immunological techniques.
- Should have experience of development & validation of Immunogencity assay in line with white papers & guidelines.
