Roles and Responsibilities :
- Effective and professional management of student patients in the Medical Centre and creation of a "Wow factor" for students concerning medical facilities.
- Effective and professional management of Faculty and Staff patients in the Medical Centre.
- Effective Management & functioning of Medical Centre
- To accompany serious cases to associated hospitals for specialist care
- To be on call at awkward times if required
- Should be able to plan for medicines to be stored in and manage equipment of Medical Centre
- Should be able to manage the budget allocated for Medical Centre and prepare monthly reports
- Should be able to liaise with Hospital for monthly specialist visits and talks on healthcare
- Should send regular health advisories as required.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should be an MBBS
- Should have adequate administrative experience since would require to run all aspects of Medical Centre
- Must have a good bedside manner and should understand student psychology and be able to connect well with students
- Must be willing to stay on campus.
