Bombay Hemp Company - Clinic Manager - Administrative Operations (2-5 yrs)
Job Objective :
We are seeking a dedicated and capable Clinic Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinic in Delhi.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing procedures aimed at optimizing patient care while effectively managing the clinic's operations.
Job Description :
Clinical Store Operations :
- Organize clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources.
- Foster clear and effective communication with clinic employees, including medical practitioners and representatives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and repair of clinical store equipment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain store policies and procedures.
- Supervise the planning, preparation, and distribution of patient charts and medical records.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash handling, payment processing, and reconciliations.
Customer service : Assisting customers/patients with their queries at the Clinic. Welcome all patients/walk-ins in a responsible fashion.
Brand Promotion:
- Promote the principles on which the Brand BOHECO is formed.
- Strive to increase footfall and conversions of patients at the clinic.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the clinic's visibility and attract a diverse clientele.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining a list of issued prescriptions, patient case record forms, and submit monthly and annual reports covering the qualitative and quantitative aspects related to this function.
Client Feedback: Obtaining product performance and patient progress reviews from clients every fortnight to aid them with improving
their quality of life.
Clinic Management:
- Ensure that all the equipment specially purchased for the store is handled appropriately, stored appropriately after use, and kept in an orderly manner including conducting AMCs when required.
- Supervise that the customers/patients who visit the clinic for seeking treatment are handled smoothly without any hurdles.
- Proactive and smooth conduct of Follow up visits of patients.
- Keep a detailed record of all medicines purchased and used during the check-ups.
- Manage inventory of BOHECO related products
- Record, manage, and close each order/walk-in patient/customer and sale.
- Looking after the daily operations and up-keep of the clinic
Other Responsibilities :
- Conducting or requesting the conduct of screening and diagnostic tests to reveal health issues.
- Calming anxious and distressed patients.
- Attend various events, workshops, and seminars in Delhi to promote the clinic.
Skills :
- Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists.
- Excellent Verbal and Written - English and Hindi communication skills.
- Proactive at problem solving, being adaptable, and having commercial awareness.
- Open to long working hours and attendance of 6 days a week
