Key Responsibilities :
- Provide independent judgement in diagnosis, treatment of patients, and formulation of treatment plans
- Oversee the interdisciplinary team, residents, and medical students in all aspects of their assigned duties
- Provide medical educational and multidisciplinary team coordination services
- Lead development of our leukemia research program and obtain independent funding for research program
