Branch Manager - Home HealthCare Operation (10-12 yrs)

The Branch Manager (BM) will serve in a leadership role for the Home HealthCare operation at Visakhapatnam. The BM will supervise and manage the branch as an independent profit centre.
Work Experience:
- 10-12 years of professional experience in relevant field (3 years related to hospital operations/hospital networking is preferable).
- Candidature of Ex Serviceman with relevant management/operation experience can be considered.
Other Requirement :
- Good leadership skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Male Candidates Preferred
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Adopt strategy to achieve the branch targets and ensure overall profitability for the branch.
- Networking with hospitals/doctors/physiotherapists/clients making presentations to doctors, physicians, and hospital management.
- Lead and manage a team for the day-to-day operations of home nursing services.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare services, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Developing Vendors- Equipment supplier /Pathology Labs/ Pharmacy tie-ups.
