Job Description :

The Business Analyst (BA) understands the functional requirements of client for different modules. He/she documents the requirements, gets the sign off from the client, helps the technical teams to understand the requirements. He/she should be willing to travel at short notice. He/she owns the responsibility of implementation of the projects undertaken. He/she ensures that the projects assigned are delivered within the stipulated timeframe. He/she should be a team player and maintains good relationship with clients.

Responsibilities :

a) Understands the products of Incarnus (Arcus, Arcus Air, Arcus Live, etc)

b) Demonstrates different modules to clients and prospective clients

c) Collects requirements from different departments in the hospital

d) Documents the requirements as per the standard templates

e) Gets sign offs from the client for business requirements documents

f) Explains business requirements to technical teams

g) Conducts demos, trainings, User Acceptance Tests,

h) Adheres to company processes and policies

Requirements - Qualifications & Experience

a) Graduate or Post Graduate in any domain. Preferred qualification like MBBS, BDS, Nursing, BPharma, Physiotherapy etc.

b) Should have 2 Years - 7 years of experience in Healthcare IT domain.

c) Sound knowledge in Hospital Workflows and Hospital Information Systems.

d) Should be able to understand the Hospital business across different geographies.

e) Strong in written and oral communication skills.

f) Should be able to adopt to company's processes

g) Should be able to manage team both off shore & onsite.

h) Must be ready for domestic and international travels at short notice
