Captain$ales - Optometric Assistant (1-3 yrs)
- To built good rapport with Patients and has to be presentable and well-versed with the clinic's profile.
- As an Optometric Technician you play an essential role by providing direct support to our Doctors of Optometry in preparing the patient for their visit inclusive of preliminary testing and measurements.
- Consult with patients, accurately document existing conditions and complaints, and chart medical history to prep for Optometrist exam
- Maintain a smooth flow of patients to the Doctor and additional office staff throughout appointment
- Ensure patients are comfortable with office procedures to which they will be exposed during appointment
- Conduct contact lens training for applicable patients and other preliminary testing
- Collaborate with doctor(s) and team members to provide seamless patient experience
- Handle enquiries promptly
- Keep record of people who come, maintain records of enquiries, feedbacks.
- Ensure clinic's protocols (visiting hours)
- Guide visitors / Patient's relative as required.
