Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery Role - MBBS/MS/M.Ch/DNB (0-2 yrs)
Qualification:
- MBBS
- MS (General Surgery)
- MCH/DNB (Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery)
Experience:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery
Responsibilities:
- Perform surgeries involving the heart, lungs, esophagus, and other organs in the chest,
including bypass surgery, valve repair/replacement, and vascular surgeries
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the heart, lungs, and blood vessels
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care for surgical patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including anesthesiologists,
cardiologists, and critical care teams
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to high standards of surgical practices
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and follow-up care
Skills:
- Excellent surgical skills with attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
Location: Loni Kalbhor, Pune
Work Hours: Full-time with rotational shifts; may require working on weekends and holidays
