Casualty Resident Medical Officer - MBBS (1-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients as per hospital protocols.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including code blue situations.
- Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and clinical decision-making.
- Prescribe medications and order investigations as per hospital guidelines.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation.
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and ethical medical practices.
