Cell Therapy Specialist (10-20 yrs)
- The Regional Cell Therapy Account Specialist will focus on working with institutions to operationalize their CAR- T programs. They will work with key physicians, administrators, finance, apheresis/cell lab, transplant coordinators, nursing staff to educate institutions and help patients access a cure. Provide best in class customer service. We are looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic individuals, with keen attention to detail, who will thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and exceeding revenue objectives.
- Responsible for identifying and routinely meeting with appropriate stakeholders across key accounts to veducate on Immuneel's product portfolio and logistically support the utilization of the therapy.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for targeted hospitals and collaborate with Immuneel colleagues to create a streamlined, organized interface between account stakeholders and colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments and understand the needs/issues of various stakeholders at all levels within the account and find solutions to address these needs/issues.
- Maintain clinical expertise in basis principles of Hematology and Immunology, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Disease and Treatment, Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and build a strong understanding of Cell Therapy.
- Collaborate with cross functional team and other RCTAs to develop and implement strategic account plans with regular analysis on opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate and regularly communicate with colleagues in Marketing, Market Access, Quality and Medical.
- Actively gain customer insights and provide timely follow-up on commitments and requests.
- Develop strong business relationships with KOLs, account level leadership including the C-Suite, as well as other decision makers and key stakeholders including hospital procurement and management teams.
- Provide Marketing, Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams with appropriate feedback and insights from interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Represent Immuneel at national conferences and exhibitions.
- Facilitate and provide timely feedback to Marketing and Market Access colleagues regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry issues and business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all targeted key accounts.
Operating Network:
External: KOLs, Account (hospital) level leadership including the C-Suite, other decision makers and key stakeholders including hospital procurement and management teams.
Internal: Interface with key functions including COO's Office, Clinical Development & Medical Affairs, Science & Technology, Business Strategy.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS/MS/ MPharm/ MD/ PHD + MBA with 10+ years of experience managing a business of INR 20 Crs.+ while building relationships with and selling high value products to individual hospitals and hospital chains
- Demonstrated experience in managing hospital managements, procurement department, Key Opinion Leader physicians
- Proven track record of high performance, embodying a - can-do- attitude
