Salary Budget:- Upto Rs,35,000 (Monthly) +PF+Medicliam

Job Role:-

A healthcare center head is responsible for overseeing the operations of a healthcare facility. They work closely with healthcare providers, staff, and administrators to ensure that the facility is providing quality care to its patients. They are also responsible for setting goals, creating budgets, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes. The healthcare center head is also responsible for ensuring that the facility follows all legal and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skill Set:-

Revenue driven, target oriented, goal achiever, customer relation, team handling, operation management, store management, review management

Responsibilities for Clinic Manager:-

- Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members Skills

- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals. Revenue generates

- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed Develop

- Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff plan and manage the Clinic & budget and approve payroll

- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on them performance to help them meet professional goals

- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws

- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.

- Oversee the hiring and credentialing of all clinical staff, as well as the training and supervision of non-clinical personnel

- Work with corporate data warehousing team to input and maintain patient information in enterprise electronic medical record.

- Collecting and analyzing feedback from patients to gauge satisfaction and success .

- Overseeing the delivery of reports and adjusting as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standard.

Experienced Required:-

- 5+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting

- 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
