Chief Nursing Head (12-30 yrs)
Looking for Head- Nursing for leading Hospital based at Mumbai
- Responsible and accountable to drive Nursing Practices and Service Excellence in line with the mandated quality standards at all times, under all circumstances.
- Plan, organize, direct and control all departmental operations(routine & emergent nursing care, academics, inter & intra departmental collaborations, people management, infrastructure and other administrative functions)
- Manage/supervise/assist Nursing HODs through facilitation, time management & problem solving
- Strive for continual improvement in conformation with Hospital standards of nursing and service excellence
- Will be the Head for Nursing and will directly reports to Chief Executive Officer
- Ensure Nursing and infection control and other quality indicators are within the defined bench mark and patient safety related activities are strictly adhered to
- Lead & participate in all quality assurance related activities with respect to Nursing Care to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Supervise and guide the staff for accreditation activities by NABH/ JCI or any other regulatory entities initially and for subsequent reviews.
- Lead and participate in infection control and prevention activities, campaigns, awareness and sessions
