Job Summary

A multispeciality clinic offering Ayurveda and integration of modern Allopathy systems and treatments for healing and complete healthcare based out of South Delhi is hiring for a clinic coordinator.

Preferably from Healthcare / Health Insurance sector

CENTRE COORDINATOR

A. Coordinate the efforts of the patient managers (assistants).

B. Assure that patient managers meet practice standards of quality and efficiency.

C. Appropriately handle difficult communications related to scheduling and patient care.

D. Work to insure that the Scheduling Templates are efficient, effective and meet the needs of the practice.

E. Handle appropriate positive and negative feedback to constructively motivate, encourage and develop clinical team members.

F. Manages patient flow and directs the doctor to make sure the practice stays on time.

G. Regularly evaluates the Template Schedules and makes appropriate changes to maximize practice efficiency and staying on time.

H. Functions as an extension of the doctor by making decisions while following established policies and procedures.Responsible to ensure proper clinical area appearance, sterilization and restocking by creating daily, weekly and monthly assistant tasks lists.

I. Develops a system for training and cross training in all clinical procedures and systems.Coordinate patient flow by directing the doctor and assistants to insure quality, on-time patient care.

J. Ensures the accuracy of the Patient Cooperation Statistics and provides the doctor with timely feedback on any area of deficiency.

K.Responsible for excellent teamwork and cooperation between the clinical staff and with the front office staff.Manages clinical staff members through proper praise and correction.

L. Monitors clinical staff work hours, sick days, and vacation time.

M. Monitors treatment control each quarter by evaluating the last 20 debanded cases.

N. Establishes and maintains a system of inventory that assures adequate supplies at the best prices for the highest quality.

Candidate Profile : Male Candidate

- Science Graduate

- 4-5 years of experience as a Clinic Manager with a Healthcare unit

- Must have coordinated between Doctors, In-clinic Staff, Call Centre people and Patients

- Must have very good command over English and Hindi

Timings: 9:30am -6:30pm

6 days working. Weekly off on rotation basis.

Incentive eligibility after 3 months

Salary : Negotiable.
