- Responsible for managing US physician's documentation on the electronic platform.
- Listen to the physician patient interaction
- Summarize the same in the electronic health record.
- Summarized note should reflect patient's problem and physician's plan around the same.
- Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details, etc.
- Chart note generated by the scribe would be used by the physician as a reference document.
- Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record
- Generate the chart note
