The key responsibilities of the job may include:- US Healthcare
- Ability to review the patient's longitudinal medical record & triage potential conditions based on symptoms,medications, labs, clinical notes, social & family history among other data points.
- Understanding value-based healthcare in the US particularly key concepts associated with patient risk,major conditions, medical coding and commodities driving healthcare utilization and consumption, and key shifts in value based care.
- Conducting deep and thorough evaluation(s) of patient documents to identify missed diagnoses, gaps in care and/or other evidence of risks, diseases and occurrences that could meaningfully increase the patient- s risks for a poor outcome
