Clinical Psychologist (0-1 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their professional journey in mental health. You will work closely with individuals and groups to support emotional well-being and contribute to a positive therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, basic evaluations, and one-on-one therapy sessions under supervision
- Assist in planning and delivering mental health workshops, awareness sessions, and group interventions
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and confidential client information
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of psychology practice
- Collaborate with internal teams to design well-being initiatives and support client cases
- Participate in continuous learning, supervision, and skill-building activities
Key Requirements:
- Master- s/Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology
- Internship or practical training experience (freshers are welcome)
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle assessments, therapy sessions, and group workshops
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical practice
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively
