Clinical Specialist - B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing (2-7 yrs)
Clinical Specialist:
As a clinical specialist, you will be responsible for the below activities branch in the location mentioned.
- To conduct planned educational sessions for nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and other health professionals on the clinical significance of all products used.
- To demonstrate various products using scientific rationale.
- To conduct incidental teachings in the wards while on a routine check.
- To routinely check all the systems used.
- To help nurses, assess patients at risk for Pressure Injuries, VTE, Mobility status, etc. using various tools
- To help nurses grade pressure injuries.
- To meet and discuss the advantages and benefits of the various products with the various hospital heads/ decision-makers.
- To help hospitals with PI audits
- To oversee the activities of the Disinfection Centre.
The skills you will need :
- Good presentation Skills
- Sound Clinical Knowledge
- Good interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Able to work collaboratively
- Good command of the English language
- Experience in both bedside nursing, as well as teaching, is a must
- There is a considerable amount of physical movement on the job. Many hospitals/ homes have to be visited.
Qualification and Experience :
- B. Sc Nursing with 3-4 years of clinical experience or
- M. Sc Nursing with 1-2 years of clinical experience (Post Masters)
