About the role:
The role will be responsible for engaging with our clients and enabling them to get a sense of being prioritized with our service and also aid in making recommendations for value-added services.
Responsibilities : Quality assurance /audit : Set up a mechanism for bilateral feedbacks, tracing outcomes of CMPs, sharing feedbacks to COS/ Trainers for betterment, arranging mystery calls/ visits, tracking OPD and IPS experiences and again sharing with COS/ network verticals for betterment. Analyse events & client & doctor feedback.
