Consultant - Anaesthetist (2-4 yrs)
The General Anaesthetist will be responsible for administering anaesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after operations. The role requires expert clinical judgment, precision, and coordination with the surgical and critical care teams.Administer general, regional, or local anaesthesia as per case requirements.
- Evaluate patient's medical history and determine suitable anaesthetic plan.
- Monitor patient's vital signs and anaesthetic depth throughout the procedure.
- Manage perioperative care, including pain management and recovery assessment.
- Handle emergency situations and maintain resuscitation readiness.
- Ensure all anaesthesia equipment and medications are available and functioning.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of anaesthetic procedures and patient responses.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DA in Anaesthesiology (Recognized by MCI/NMC).
- Valid medical registration.
- 0- 5 years of post-PG experience (Freshers can also apply).
