Consultant - Anaesthetist - MD (1-2 yrs)
DOCTORS DESTINATION -- CONSULTANT ANAESTHETIST TO KOLLAM,KERALA
Responsible for complete case of I.C.U., participate and report to Sr. Consultant of the Day.
Be available for emergency calls of the O.T. and the I.C.U
Lead the teaching and training programs of O.T. Nurses, technicians, I.C.U. staff.
Ensure complete organization of O.T. list along with the Senior Consultant of the day
Supervise all nursing/ paramedical & non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the department as per standard operating procedure.
Co-ordinate on all matters relating to:
- Provision of infrastructure and maintenance support
- Selection of type and nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured
- Assists the Head of Department/ Medical Director for:
- Special material management requirement
- Ensure quality of performance of the department
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources by the him/her and subordinates
- Complaint redressal of patients
- Ensure observance and adherence of MHC protocols by all the technical staff in O.T. and I.C.U.
- Active participation in CME and Journal clubs and conferences
- To actively participate in the infection control program of the hospital
To be a leading member of trauma & critical team of the hospital
