Consultant - Anaesthetist - MD - Hospital (1-3 yrs)
CONSULTANT ANAESTHETIST TO KOLLAM,KERALA
- Responsible for complete case of I.C.U., participate and report to Sr. Consultant of the Day.
- Be available for emergency calls of the O.T. and the I.C.U
- Lead the teaching and training programs of O.T. Nurses, technicians, I.C.U. staff.
- Ensure complete organization of O.T. list along with the Senior Consultant of the day
- Supervise all nursing/ paramedical & non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the department as per standard operating procedure.
Co-ordinate on all matters relating to :
- Provision of infrastructure and maintenance support
- Selection of type and nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured
- Assists the Head of Department/ Medical Director for:
- Special material management requirement
- Ensure quality of performance of the department
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources by the him/her and subordinates
- Complaint redressal of patients
- Ensure observance and adherence of MHC protocols by all the technical staff in O.T. and I.C.U.
- Active participation in CME and Journal clubs and conferences
- To actively participate in the infection control program of the hospital
- To be a leading member of trauma & critical team of the hospital
