Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join a reputed healthcare facility in Surat. The ideal candidate should be proficient in performing a wide range of cardiac surgeries and committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve replacements/repairs, and congenital heart defect corrections.
- Pre-operative and post-operative evaluation and management of patients.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Review diagnostic images and test results to plan surgical procedures.
- Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in continued medical education and training activities.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: MCh/DNB in Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS) or equivalent.
- Experience: 3- 5 years of post-MCh/DNB experience in cardiac surgery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team and handle critical cardiac procedures independently.
