Consultant - Clinical Operations - Hospital (5-13 yrs)

Clinical Operations is accountable for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of Health products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.

Role and Responsibility : 

- Proven working knowledge of relevant clinical operations, products, and services

- Participates in clinical pre-sales support, assessment and evaluation of new products and services, post-sales assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of new products and services under direct supervision

- Proactively develops and maintains technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remaining up to date on current trends and best practices; leverages expertise to produce solutions that enable global consistency and standardization and facilitate exceptional performance.

- Contribute in customer training and consultation and provide support in driving customer acceptance and utilization of new products and services

- Demonstrates deep customer expertise; collaborates with appropriate parties to identify the drivers leading to business success.

- Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence, and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.

- Analyze problems related to daily transactional processes; determines possible resolutions and implements effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Acts as Clinical Data Innovation & Insights Business partner & provides consultative clinical expertise to CAH Business Units, external CAH customers (including broader Genpact customer base as applicable)

- Acts as SME for specific product categories

- Lead collaboration with Category Management organization regarding product classification, categorization, research, and analytics

- Act as point of contact and specialist for select product categories (e.g., Patient Care, Laboratory / Scientific, Surgical, Critical Care & Drug Delivery)

- Increase clinical relevance and customer acceptability of recommended product substitutions and alternatives

- Translate product logic and insights derived from clinical and sales and marketing expertise to partner data management team

- Review system generated product descriptions, attributes and categorization and resolve issues in alignment with product owners

Qualifications : 

Clinical or Nursing Degree or 5+ years direct clinical experience, preferably with a wide range of clinical responsibilities, to include broad range of product experiences

Having Excellent communication skills with Ability to work efficiently within Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
