1. Four publications in index journal with one as main Author and 3 as Co-Author.

2. For Surgical branch, the candidate should have Log Book for minimum last five years

"USD 8,000 - USD 12,000 p/m

(Tax free, and Professional Fee will depend on the profile).

- 50% Share in the Revenue generated beyond the Fixed amount.

- Payment will be in BDT and eq. amount in BDT will be mentioned in the Contract Letter.

- Initial contract is for 2 years. After that, contract may be renewed based on the willingness of the Consultant to continue and also based on performance. "

catheter drainages, pigtail and PCN tube insertions, biopsies and FNAC from various body sites under US & CT guidance. We routinely perform biopsies of sub-centimeter lesions, head & neck masses and drainages of deep seated & difficult to reach collections.

HEAPTOBILIARY INTERVENTIONS: PTBD, biliary stenting, biliary hilar reconstruction, hepatic veins and IVC dilatations & stenting, transjugular liver biopsy, transjugular intrahepatic porto-systemic shunt (TIPS), TACE, TART etc.

- Independently perform various interventional radiology procedures with focus on hepatic, pancreatic, hepatic vascular, biliary & spleno-portal procedures. Most commonly performed procedures include difficult biopsies and drainages, biliary drainages including multi-system PTBD & metallic stenting, TIPS/DIPS, embolizations for pseudoaneurysms, UAE etc.

- Dedicated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) management group in conjunction with gastroenterologists, GI surgeons & liver transplant surgeons with one of the highest numbers in the country for interventional management using RFA, MWA, TACE & TARE modalities.

- POST LIVER TRANSPLANT INTERVENTIONS: I have been involved in day to day management of pre- & post liver-transplant emergencies and all minor and major complications, including vascular, biliary & infective. During the tenure of my employment at previous two organizations, more than 2500 liver transplants were carried out by the respective surgical teams.

TREATMENT & PALLIATIVE CARE OF MALIGNANCIES: esophageal, ureteric and biliary stent insertions, tumor embolisations, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), transcatheter arterial chemoembolisation (TACE) including drug-eluting beads, transcatheter arterial radioembolisation (TART).

ENDOVASCULAR PROCEDURES: diagnostic angiograms, pseudoaneurysm embolisations (including minimally invasive percutaneous technique), sclerotherapy & embolisation of various vascular malformations (including preoperative as well as therapeutic), endovascular stent placements. Peripheral vascular disease and dialysis access interventions are also done to a smaller extent.

TRAUMA & EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS: embolizations for bleed from various sites due to trauma, emergency IR options for variceal bleed, hemoptysis, melena etc.

OTHER PROCEDURES: uterine artery embolisation (UAE), Vertebroplasties, Bronchial artery embolisation (BAE), vertebroplasties, fallopian tube recanalisations, fiducial placements for Cyber-knife radiotherapy etc
