Consultant - Oncology - KPO - MD (2-8 yrs)

Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join us as Consultant / Sr. Consultant for our growing Products and insights team. Consultant will be responsible for ensuring delivery of high-quality work outputs for our pharma business (specifically Oncology), by working closely with internal team members.

This position will play a crucial role in implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects (market assessment, market landscaping, perception studies, launch strategies etc.)

Key responsibilities include :

- Preference {Must}: Therapy area knowledge and market understanding of Oncology

- Review and Analyze specific oncology specific data points from secondary research and companies proprietary data

- Analyze and integrate primary research, companies s and secondary data with other market knowledge to draw inferences and conclusions.

- Conduct qualitative research through desktop research and interviews with KOLs, physicians, keeping records of providers, payors, and industry knowledge experts to garner insights and their data relevant to client engagements.

- Perform quantitative analysis to develop accurate insights (depends on project)

- Create and present project presentations (ppt) to client independently or with minimal senior support.

- Support senior team members in business development efforts including desktop research and developing proposals and pitch books (RFPs)

- Coordinate with internal data science team, delivery team for successful execution and delivery of projects

Qualifications :

- Educational background in healthcare, pharma consulting.

- 5+ years- experience of Pharmaceutical consulting and primary / secondary research in oncology is must

- Work experience in the Indian pharma industry is a plus.

- Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written, knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Effective project & time management skills (ability to meet project deadlines)

- Ability to multi-task daily projects, able to meet timelines and project commitments
