Consultant - Oncology - MBBS (2-4 yrs)
Job Specification:
- Service hours- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM IST
- Qualification: MBBS from Indian Medical Association. Preference for expertise in Oncology
- Experience - Min. 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a Medical consultant to the team in terms of providing medical expertise on exception scenarios,
impart knowledge to team on latest medical research etc.
- Act as Trainer for new joiners and monitor their performance during training period
- Assisting the team with queries related to medical records
- Provide support to the team to meet monthly volume targets
- Ensuring team has full knowledge of the Read Codes system
- Audit data collection to ensure Practice standards are met
- Monitor the progress of notes summarizing
- Use medical knowledge to correct mistakes found in existing patient records
- Train team on usage of updated medical knowledge and terminology
- Create domain expertise within the team through training modules
- Driving initiatives to add value to process
