Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic consultations and patient care
- Diagnose and manage eye disorders as per specialization
- Perform surgical procedures independently (Phaco / Retina / Cornea / Medical Retina)
- Handle OPD, pre-operative evaluation, and post-operative follow-up
- Maintain clinical quality, patient safety, and ethical medical practices
- Coordinate with hospital teams for effective patient management
- Participate in clinical discussions, audits, and quality improvement activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- MS / DNB / DO in Ophthalmology
- Relevant experience or fellowship in the applied specialty
- Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
- Valid State Medical Council / NMC registration
