Consultant - Ophthalmologist - Hospital - MS/MD/DNB/MBBS (1-4 yrs)

Position: Consultant Ophthalmologist (2 vacancies)

Timings : General Shift 8 Hours Only
Department: Ophthalmology
Reports To: Head of Department or Medical Director
Location: Hyderabad city
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and more.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform eye surgeries such as cataract extraction, retinal surgery, and refractive procedures.
- Camp Duties: Participate in community outreach camps to provide eye care services, including screenings, consultations, and surgeries in underserved areas.
- Teaching & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical students.
- Research: Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (Ms, MD, DNB, MBBS with Fellowship).
- Postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology (FRCS Ophthalmology or equivalent).
- Experience in a Consultant Ophthalmologist role with advanced surgical skills.
Skills:
- Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in team settings.
