Role & responsibilities:
- Report Validation
- Supervise Lab Administration
- Managing Employees at LAB
- Reviewing slides & Validation of test reports of the Laboratory
- Ensuring Control on TAT, Consumption, Lab Expenses, OT and Inventory management
- Supervises day to day administration of the Laboratory
- Zero NCs in various Lab Audits like NABL, CAP, ISO9000 & Clinical Trials
- Maintaining the cost of operations within budget
- Ontime release of reports with 100% accuracy
