- Current Status: Managed by an On-Call Doctor
- Monthly Workload: 15 to 20 Surgeries
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pediatric Surgeon to join a well-established hospital in Kotkapura. The department is active, with regular surgical load and established infrastructure.
Job Description (JD)
- Role: Consultant Pediatric Surgeon
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform elective and emergency pediatric surgeries
- Oversee pre-operative and post-operative care of pediatric patients
- Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthetists, and nursing staff for integrated care
- Supervise junior doctors or residents if applicable
- Maintain clinical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols
- Contribute to the growth and development of the pediatric surgery department
Eligibility:
- MCh in Pediatric Surgery
- Minimum 2 years of post-MCh experience preferred
- Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and patient counseling abilities
- Joining: Immediate or as per availability
