Position: Consultant - Renal Transplant Surgery.
Qualification: DNB/M.ch Urologist/ DNB/M.ch (Surgical Gastroenterology) with Hepato Experience or M.ch - Hepato Pancreto Biliary Surgery + Fellowship in Renal Transplant Surgery + experience in Renal Transplant Surgery.

Job Description:
- Perform Renal transplant surgeries with precision and adherence to medical standards.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations to assess patient suitability for transplantation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including hepatologists and anesthesiologists.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patients for complications.
- Participate in organ procurement and preservation processes.
- Educate patients and families about the transplant process and recovery expectations.
- Stay updated on advancements in liver transplantation techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to research and training initiatives within the medical institution.
