- "USD 8,000 - USD 12,000 p/m (Tax free, and Professional Fee will depend on the profile).
- 50% Share in the Revenue generated beyond the Fixed amount.
- Payment will be in BDT and eq. amount in BDT will be mentioned in the Contract Letter.
- Initial contract is for 2 years. After that, contrcat may be renewed based on the willingness of the Consultant to continue and also based on performance. "
- Leave, Medical facilities (both in-patient and out-patient) for Consultant and his/her immediate dependent family members who are residing with consultant, Discount will be given for OPD and IPD, Life Insurance for Consultant, Furnished accommodation facilities, Pick & Drop facility (Home - Hospital - Home), Economy class air ticket for Consultant, and his/her dependent family members.
