Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients on the infertility treatment options
- Educate patients about infertility treatment costs and help them make informed financial decisions.
- Life style modification related counselling.
- Explain about the Bajaj finance, liquid loans etc if the patient has affordability issue
- Follow up with patients.
- MIS & reporting.
- Support the work of other healthcare professionals in the organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
- Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.
Skills & Qualification:
- BAMS, BUMS, BHMS Degree
- 3+ years of experience in financial counseling
- Strong understanding of infertility and its impact on individuals and relationships
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
