Deputy Head - Occupational Health - Hospital - MBBS (12-18 yrs)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensuring medical fitness for all the candidates before joining.
- Ensuring the record of all the medical reports and other documents.
- Yearly PME of all the employees to ensure their physical fitness.
- Suggesting remedial steps to the employees for any fitness related issue.
- Reduction in medical cases.
- Accessing, identifying & managing areas of key health related risks.
- Suggesting the departments on the movement of certain employees if not medically fit.
- Ensure Staff and Duty Management considering the emergency situation.
- Work with close coordination with HSEF Team whenever needed
- Ensuring implementation of all necessary medical compliances
- Conversant with legal and statutory requirement persisting in industries.
- Facilitating the training of employees to tackle health related issue in case of any emergency on the shopfloor.
- Conduct training and awareness session on Health & Safety to direct as well as indirect employees.
Provide operational guidance and direction to thevertical heads on need basis.
- Development of skill matrix and identification of gaps.
- Plan and impart training as per skill gaps.
- Improve the performance of Safety Officers
- Competency Enhancement through Educational Program.
Qualification:
- MBBS, specialized course on occupational health is an advantage
- 14 - 18 years of experience in Health/Medical function of a large manufacturing company
